    1. Prima destinatio tua est vel Aëroportus Franciscopolitanus (San Francisco International Airport) vel Aëroportus Josephopolitanus (San José International Airport).

    2. Ex aëroportu facile per hamaxostichum “BART/Caltrain” perveniendum est ad Domum Vallis Umbrosæ.  Connectiones ad stationem Menlo Park huic adjungimus.  A statione Domus Vallis Umbrosæ distat ad orientem tantum duas vias aut insulas.  Videas quoque si opus sit ampliorum notitiarum:  www.bart.gov vel www.sjc.org.

    3. Ex aëroportu etiam per laophorum (Shuttle) secundum mappam directionesque adjunctas optionem habes.

    4. Apud aëroportum poteris etiam, si vis, autoraedam locare propriam.

    5. Si difficultates experiaris cujusquam generis apud aëroportum post adventum tuum, vel aliter in transitu, fac nos certiores telephonice (727-614-1728 — nos) (650-325-5614 — Domus Vallis Umbrosae), atque te adjuvare conabimur.

    Si veneris per viam autocineticam, sequere viam Middlefield ad viam Oak Grove Avenue (Stratalem Roboreti) secundum mappam et directiones adjunctas.

    1. Your principal destination is either the San Francisco International Airport or the San José International Airport.

    2. From the airport one may easily arrive at the Vallombrosa Center by train (BART/Caltrain).  We are attaching directions showing the connections to the Menlo Park Station.  The Vallombrosa Center is only two blocks to the east of the station. If you need further information, please see the website www.bart.gov or www.sjc.org.

    3. From the airport you also have the option of taking the airport shuttle in accordance with the map and directions on this page.

    4. At the airport rental cars are also available.

    5. If you encounter any difficulties at the airport after your arrival, or otherwise while you are attempting to arrive at the Cenaculum, please call the Vallombrosa Center (Tel:  650-325–5614) or us (cell:  727-614-1728), and someone will help you.

    If you come by highway, follow Middlefield Road to Oak Grove Avenue, following the map and directions attached.

Incipit Cenaculum hora 5:30 p.m. cum cena, feria secunda, die 27 mensis Julii, 2015.  Ergo oportet antea pervenire, post meridiem eodem die ad locum registrationis, ut cubiculum materiasque quasdam accipias.The Cenaculum begins at 5:30 p.m. with supper on Monday, July 27, 2015.  Therefore you ought to arrive earlier, in the afternoon of the same day, to check in for your room assignment and to receive your materials.

Finit Cenaculum hora 1:30 p.m. post prandium, Sabbato, die 1 mensis Augusti.  Si velis ad aëroportum revehi, facias nos certiores, et adjutorio nostro laophorum vel hamaxostichum poteris sumere.The Cenaculum ends at 1:30 p.m. after lunch on Saturday, August 1st.  If you need assistance with transportation back to the airport, please let us know so that we can help you arrange transportation by shuttle or train.

101 (Bayshore Freeway) South to Marsh Road.  Right one mile to Middlefield Road (dead end).  Left on Middlefield.  Two traffic lights to Oak Grove Avenue.  Right on Oak Grove Avenue.  Vallombrosa is on the right at 250 Oak Grove Avenue.

280 South to Woodside Road.  Turn LEFT on Woodside Road to El Camino Real south (three miles).  Turn right on El Camino Real to Oak Grove Avenue (approx. 2 1/2 miles).  Left on Oak Grove, over RR tracks, two more blocks.  Vallombrosa is on the left at 250 Oak Grove Avenue.
From San José

101 (Bayshore Freeway) to Willow Road WEST.  Continue on Willow Road to Middlefield Road (large intersection, approximately 1 mile).  Right on Middlefield to third stop light, Oak Grove Avenue.  Left on Oak Grove Avenue to 250 Oak Grove.  Avenue on the right.

280 North to Sand Hill Road exit.  East to El Camino Real.  Left on El Camino Real to Oak Grove Avenue (1 mile).  Right on Oak Grove Avenue, over RR tracks, two more blocks.  Vallombrosa is on the left at 250 Oak Grove Avenue.

Super Shuttle:  From the upper level, use the crosswalk to the center travel island.  Look for the blue Super Shuttle sign.  Call 1-800-258-3826 (outside CA) for fares and reservations.  Local calls 415-558-8500.

Bayporter Express:  Call 415-467-1800 for fares and reservations.

BART:  at SFO, BART Station is located in the International Terminal, Level 3.  Board the Pittsburg/Bay Point-bound train, transfer at San Bruno station to Millbrae-bound train., then take Caltrain to the Menlo Park station, depart train and go right to Vallombrosa Center, 250 Oak Grove Ave. (.3 mile).  For more information visit www.bart.gov.

Public Transportation from the San José Airport:  take the VTA SJC Airport Flyer (Route 10) to the Santa Clara Caltrain Station.  The Airport Flyer is free and operates seven days a week from 5:30 am until midnight.  Buses operate every to minutes on weekdays and every 15 minutes on weekends.  For more information visit the airport website www.sjc.org.

Oakland Airport (OAK)

BART:  Board the Daly City train, when you arrive at Balboa Park transfer to Millbrae train, when arrive in Millbrae depart BART and take Caltrain to the Menlo Park station, depart train, go right to Vallombrosa Center, 250 Oak Grove Ave. (.3 mile).
